No, our service is strictly a rental model. We do not offer a rent-to-own option at this time, but we focus on providing flexible, high-quality rental solutions.

For apartment complexes, the only requirement is providing a lease that shows your name as a resident. For single-family homes, we do require a background screening, but it’s a low-cost process. Once we have that, we can finalize your rental setup.

Your initial payment is due the same day as delivery before installation. After that, all future payments will be due on the same day of each month as your installation date. For example, if your installation is on the 10th, then all subsequent payments will be due on the 10th of each month.

The minimum rental period is six months. After the six-month minimum the agreement converts to month-to-month.

If you need to relocate at any time, we can assist with a one-time relocation fee of $75. This applies whether you're still in your minimum term or have completed it. Just contact us to arrange the details.

Canceling early is straightforward. If you need to cancel before the minimum term, there’s a one-time fee of $75. Just reach out to us to begin the process, and we’ll handle the rest.

Our rental sets typically feature matching white washers and dryers with standard agitator designs. While we strive for a consistent look, the washer and dryer may occasionally be from different brands. As these are used rental units, they may have minor cosmetic wear.
